So TGIF! Seriously. This has been such a long week. I got sick in the middle of last week. Double ear infections, a ruptured eardrum, bronchitis...it was awful. And I'm still not at 100%. I had to go to a specialist yesterday for my ears & she gave me a script for a steroid antibiotic. The rumor here at work is that I'll get all my energy back & more when I start taking it. That's good, because my house is a complete disaster!
I haven't blogged in so long that I don't think I'll be able to catch up on everything, so I'll just hit the high notes & go from there.
Jeramiah (Brittni's boyfriend) finally got a job! YAY! David has been really pushing him to fine one, he just didn't think it was fair that Brit worked 2 jobs & went to school full time & JJ didn't work. He started at Papa Murphy's today, and may have a 2nd job at Jimmy John's too.
Brittni started back at the U of A on Tuesday - Thank you Jesus. She is officially a full-time student, a Junior this year, and we couldn't be more proud.
My little Hunter man is growing up SO fast. He actually took 4 steps at our house on Tues. night. With me being sick I haven't got to see him as much as I'd like, but I'll make up for that now that I'm feeling better!
The trip to Stuttgart was AWESOME! Eddy, Des & Hunter even came down for 3 days. We got over 7 inches of snow while we were down there too. I absolutely LOVE those trips. Good times with friends & family can't be beat. And David & I needed some together time as well.
And, are you ready for this??? I actually learned how to "pluck the ducks". And I plucked 5 of them, all by myself. Looking back on it now, I realize how STUPID it was to do that. Now David know that I can do it, am not too grossed out by it, and will expect it from now on! HA!
